Welcome to El Buen Pan
My Story
Family, Tradition, and Bread
My name is Araceli Aranda, and I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I’ve always dreamed of opening my own bakery—a dream that finally came true thanks to the love and support of my husband, Iván Ibarra. We’ve been open for over three years now, and while it hasn’t always been easy, we keep going strong. Baking is part of my family’s story. I grew up watching my grandfather Emilio, my father Eduardo, and my uncles baking bread together. Some of my fondest memories are of all of us gathered around the table, sharing fresh bread, coffee, and laughter. That tradition of warmth, unity, and handmade flavor is what I want to share with you. Here at Panadería El Buen Pan, we make everything using my father’s original recipes—delicious conchas, empanadas, Aguascalientes-style bolillos, and so much more. Thank you to everyone who’s supported us. We hope our bread brings you the same joy it’s brought to our family for generations.
